Damage Deposit

I authorize Villa Monti  to charge my credit card the sum 200€ (Two-hundreds Euros) as damage deposit according to the “Booking Terms and Conditions” agreed at the time of online booking my stay at Villa Monti through the Villa Monti website: any damage to the Property, furnishings equipment beyond reasonable wear and tear, up to and including total loss, will be my responsibility for which I agreed to compensate Villa Monti. Villa Monti will return the Damage Deposit to me at check-out, less any deductions in accordance with the conditions listed above.  Villa Monti agrees to rebate any portion of such charge not necessary to satisfy my obligations under this agreement at the time of return or promptly after the cost of repairing any such excess damage has been determined.
